Mac OS users require an FTP programme to upload files via FTP.
Once the upload is complete, send us an e-mail.
Alternatively, you can also copy the files using the context menu (right click), and paste them into the second file explorer window using the context menu (right click).
Select all the files which you want to copy, then drag and drop them into the first file explorer window.
In the second file explorer window, browse to the directory which contains the files for upload.
Open another file explorer window, but do not close the first window.
Open second file explorer window and copy files Should you experience any other issues when uploading files, please contact us (preferably by phone). In this case, please contact your system administrator. If you receive an error message, your system administrator might have restricted FTP access. The Internet Explorer does not support file uploads.
Please make sure that you are actually using the file explorer, and NOT the Internet Explorer.
With Windows XP or Windows 8, the process is the same, however the screenshots might differ.
